Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was received, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are not permitted for return. For example, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Other items not permitted for return:

- Downloadable software
- Non-physical product
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (if applicable)

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them, so they'll know you returned their gift.

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
